Ravighia Limited is a Seychelles-registered company acting as a trader in consumer electronics and household appliances, automotive parts, steel and metal products, food and agricultural commodities, and chemicals, managing the commercial and settlement side of each transaction between suppliers and buyers across markets.
We are the contracting party on both sides of every deal. We sign a supply contract with the buyer, place the order with the supplier under our own name, pay for the goods and ship them with a complete set of trade documents.
Our clients are established importers who order through the year. Instead of managing a dozen overseas suppliers, they deal with one counterparty, one contract structure and one set of paperwork.

Know your counterparty
Buyers and suppliers are verified before the first contract: registration documents, ownership and authorised signatories.
Sanctions screening
Counterparties, vessels and destinations are checked against UN, EU, UK and US sanctions lists before every transaction.
Goods control
Products are checked against export-control and dual-use restrictions. Restricted goods are not traded.
Bank payments only
All payments go through regulated banks, to and from the parties named in the contract. No cash and no third-party payments.
Trade-backed flows
Each payment matches a contract, an invoice and a shipment of goods.
Record keeping
Contracts, invoices and shipping documents are kept on file and provided to our banks on request.
